I would probably get one of those for my DX06. I agree a little more weathering to make it look like the deck of The Pearl.

I made one out of oak and stained it dark. Lots more character to it now. I think it'll work for the Pearl.

I'd be VERY interested in one of those stands for my DX15, Coco, but I remember the shipping quote from the States that you gave me for your R2-D2/C-3PO stand killed the deal for me!! What would I be looking at for shipping these days - $15 perhaps?

International shipping is always a killer. I'll have to check on the price.

Just a quick pose! Just about fits in my cabinet Pictures are from iPhone so not great.

Only complaint is small regarding the name plate - No cover so it's been scratched a fair bit not a massive issue though.

Curious how he would fit in a Detolf (yours in not a Detolf right??). Very nice figure, crazy how they aged him too. He has a comical appearance parallel to DMTNT. I'm jealous for those who are going to own but will hang on to my DX06

Honest thoughts I really like it..... it feels very different from the DX06 experience. There's a lot more to this than the DX06 clothing wise the hair I actually really like and I also like the smirk sculpt better in hand!

The jacket is nicer than the DX06..... pearl in a bottle is also a lot more transparent than the 06 as mine was fairly murky.
The base is plastic. Overall it's a nice upgrade. I'm not sure if I like it more than the 06 or same. Just wish it came with a generic stand!

I'll be picking up a dx06 again as I wanna put some animatronics inside a custom body.

I don't know if it will I think you might be lucky with it fitting..... the metal rod bends as norm. so just how you bend the knees a bit.

It's a slim with skinner forearms like they did with Doc and stan lee.

Speaking of the body, can someone confirm, is it still plastic or did HT use a rubber like skin for the neck? I’m hoping plastic to avoid paint wear.

This is why I don’t trust coat pics, while too black, if the DX06 coat looked this color in person, I’d have not customized it, this would be close enough, but both my DX06 coats looked brown in hand, and in other photos, the material they used looked different colors in different light, but mostly in photo conditions, in house display light, it was too Hershey brown for me. While Jack’s real coat varies with light, it’s consistently grey looking overall, just sometimes a charcoal, others grey with a splash of green and others gray with a splash of brown.
