It would appear....that to get a a Falconer unmasked head, we would need to buy an extra Berserker head and have it re-painted.

Is it just me, but the more pics become available for this figure, the more I just can't stand it? I really wanted Falconer, PO'ed him and now, just cancelled him because of the lukewarm feel I have for him. And at the price point, seriously, I'll just save up for other figures.

Yeah I know how you feel. I was really pumped for him after seeing the first proto images of him but after seeing the final figure photo I don't really like him as much. I really want all 3 new Preds and was going to get them all anyway. But no Tracker news means I'm reluctant to get Falconer as I don't want to buy him but end up with no Tracker.
Money I paypaled for this is going on Iron Man Mark IV.

Thats kinda why i bought 3 serkers. I figure that even if HT drops the ball again and leaves us hanging with only the two, I can customize a tracker to fill out the set.

I am very upset this fact. No faces in the movie and we will get figure without face. But if we're look at the tracker and falconer heads. We can see how they similar with berserker.

KNB just did different colors for they heads.

They didn't have different heads like lost hunters from Predator 2.

of course thats what they would do. Why would they go through all the trouble to make a new head sculpt if the Falconer just kept his bio on the whole time? The reason why SOME of the lost hunters had slightly different sculpts is cause they werent wearing bios. If you look at the lost hunters, they are all either slightly modified P1 or P2 heads, so its not like they spent a lot of time of those either. You guys got your freakin Falcon; yet, still never satisfied

The reason they can't is they caved on the licensing agreement. So it still is/was their decision. There choice. So I 'll just do it my self.

From my professional experience, there is not a lot of negotiation when there is such a disparity of bargaining power/leverage. On one hand you have HT, which in dollar amounts from a merchandising perspective is pretty small. On the other side you have Fox (yes, KNb may have developed the designs, but these would likely have been produced as works for hire, with Fox ultimately owning all rights, subject to exceptions, or conceivablyKNB granted Fox a broad license that would likely cover third party licenses - but I'm pretty sure Fox ultimately owns all the Predator rights) a big player with a substantial marketing and licensing arm. In such situations, Fox's (or the appropriate licensor's) form contract is usually used, with only the numbers and item details subject to any discussion between the parties. HT could have certainly tried to play hardball, but Fox would likely just walk away - not much to gain from a bigger, world gross perspective, not to mention avoid incurring additional costs for negotiations.

Regardless, I think we can safely assume HT did all it could but was denied. In most third party license arrangements, it really is a take it or leave it type situation. The figure looks great so far, and I see HT continuing to build on the new Pred body - minimal joints but still (arguably) decent articulation.

Ok. Truth. I think I never really wanted the falcon. And I don't care what would be with the predator's scull in accessories.

I just want unmasked Falconer. I'd be satisfied with green the berserker face for that figure. Trust me.

But I understand why falconer will be without face

And I'm upset this fact. Just my mind . Thats all.

Here we go again, now I like the figure again looking at that photo. Still undecided on this guy.

Well Berserker was the one I had my doubts about for all the negative reasons stated time and time again and after getting him I can tell you, I have no regret. So I will definitely get Falconer and I really hope HT makes Tracker to complete the trio. All 3 will look stunning. As for Classic - ideally I'd like if he were the same size as these ones - not accurate for Predators but more accurate for the '87 film. I don't think this exact body would work for him though thats the problem. Seems to me HT would be more likely to reuse the existing P1 body and we'd never get our more accurately scaled P1 to fight Dutch.

I have doubts that they'll bother doing Noland now, though it was said somewhere he would be made. I think sometimes HT just changes their mind.

Same here. I would love to get all 3 together in the cabinet. Thought Tracker had a good design, I think the leggings where quite unique along with the girdle made a good predator.
