Do Flex Payers get their items first before some one who charges an item all at once?
I've never done Flex Pay.
But that doesn't seem fair...lol.

So it doesn't seem fair for the people who have already paid the majority of the money for their figure not to get it before someone who paid none? Sound logic.

I think they meant people who have already paid the full amount. I have done that for AoU Cap but only a deposit for Rocket and Groot (I prefer to pay them off but it was a wait list conversion). So could be interesting to see where my shipping notice comes in comparison to everyone else.
I am excited to get them but a week or two either way isn't going to worry me too much.

Mine is exclusive 2-pack one payment and I just got the email that it will be charging in the next 3-5 weeks due to the port issue. Didn't think they will still using that excuse for delays.

The port closing created a gigantic backlog of crates to process, the effects of which will be felt for a while.

the thing that pisses me off w/ their practices of late w/ making things go to waitlist and in reality, there is product. everyone that has been going to waitlist for the 2 pack has been getting it fulfilled the same day... so there's def something going on that they are playing some sorta game. my guess is that if they dump it to waitlist then people can not use any coupon codes or points. i mean, what other reason would they be doing that??

Just as sound as the port issues being Sideshow's fault. As if they'd rather wait longer to ship product out and get your money.

This is bothering me too. If you go on the waitlist for the exclusive it becomes available in less than 24 hours. I was guessing they are trying to push the single and regular 2-packs. It really sucks as I wanted to use my points on the exclusive. If they don't put it back available I will just purchase the regular 2-pack elsewhere.
