Not really the same situation. The blow back from the Battle Damage MK 3 Tony sculpt was from HT using an old sculpt after showing a better looking prototype.

it actually is a small store inside a Chinese Mall called First Markham Place. Owner is a really nice guy, just treat him with respect and he will do the same

Yup, they are located in First Markham Place, closest intersection would be Woodbine and Highway 7. Its quite a small store but, most of the Hot Toys stuff is in the back and at a warehouse i believe.
