Yeah, whilst there's nothing stopping hot toys coming out at the last minute and going "oh this is die-cast btw lulz ", all the evidence so far points to it not being diecast. So I don't know where you're getting that it is unless you haven't been keeping up or you have an inside source.

I don't see that happening, I think if its ment to be diacast then it will be, but from what I have actually read/heard its gonna be plastic. And don't worry just bcuase its plastic dosent mean they cant ask for $400, people will still buy it.

Not as an exclusive or anything.
Maybe letting Sideshow put it on display at their booth
since they distribute in the U.S.
