Whoa! That would be totally awesome if Superman got the #200 MMS. I don't expect full reveals until after the movie comes out though. Hot Toys has been more careful with reveals ever since the original Dark Knight Joker.

It's just speculation. There are two empty slots at 200 and 201. People are speculating they are two figures from the same line and MOS is a good guess.
