After seeing the SS MoS PF sneak peek and how the fabric on it doesn't look screen printed, I'm thinking that this is going to be straight up fabric as well.

Yep! The SS MoS has got me even more excited for this to come out. Really loving the look of the suit and its texture. The sculpt is also nicely done.

Reveal this figure already HT!

Nah, NECA all the way. They really nailed his Puffs nose and Bruce Willis mouth.:lecture
:lol if I didn't know you better...
We haven't seen HT yet though. :dunno:lol
I know we haven't. That's why I said "lets see if hot toys can't match them or do better" as in I'm interested to find out which company brings the better sculpt, will Hot Toys be just as good, worse or better? That's what I'm saying. b/c as of right now out of all the MoS stuff revealed, SSC's sculpt is at the top

Sooooo... three new Robocop releases... yeaaaaaa....hhmmmm......
SHOW THE DAMN PICS OF THIS SUPERMAN NOW HOT TOYS!!!

...And Zod, and Faora.

First let me say, I love me some Iron Man. BUT. I am really disappointed that we get fifty new IM armors, a JOKE of an IM "villain" and we got HT stuff covering ALL THAT.... but we cant even get a reveal on Supes himself, much less confirmation that Zod and Faora are next in line?

Its just not cool.

[p.s. Robocop is gonna flop. We all know it :lol ]

I'm as excited for Superman as the next guy (you know what, **** it, I'm MORE excited than the next guy), but I don't see why people have to do this. It's a classic license with what appear to be some great new figures, I don't see how that's going to flop? There are a lot of fans who have been waiting a long time for that, and I'm glad for them.

:clap:goodpost:

I've got no interest in Robocop (though I love movie) but was just as exited and surprised to finally see it. Glad for those that have been waiting for it just as some of us have our particular licenses we're still waiting one

Back on track though, I do hope this movie does well enough so we get multiple figures hoping for at least one Zod and Faora

I really can't wait for these to finally be revealed either. I'm not even sure at this point which figures I'll all get but I'm stoked as all hell for Man of Steel and I really hope Hot Toys knocks these out of the park. Superman and Zod are the main ones I'm interested in but I could be swayed to get a Jor-El too depending on how much I like the film. Not sure about Faora yet. I'm guessing we won't see anything until the week of the film or possibly opening day.

To be fair though I think he does have a point. Robocop while a cool franchise and has a fanbase probably isn't nearly as big as some of their other licenses if you ask me. Especially with how expensive the figures are with Robocop himself being made of diecast and thus costing $300 or $430 for the version with the chair and the ED-209 another $430 or whatever are going to be harder to market than to fans who are really die hard. Granted I know that this hobby is more aimed at people who are hardcore fans I'm just not sure Robocop has as large of a base. Even when compared to stuff like The Terminator or Predator.

I bet there were some that said the same about the 89 Batman license, too. The thing is that it doesn't matter how old a license is, so long as there's an audience. Robocop was a sci-fi classic, just as much as, if not moreso than, The Terminator or Predator. Hell, last time I checked, giant statues weren't being erected in honor of those characters.:lol
