If someone else stocks it, you might... Amiami always seem to price their HT figures pretty high, it seems to me, at least $20 - 30 more than your average price but many times a good deal more. If you look at their other HT figures you can see this - the T1 T-800 is US $220, Beserker is $220, Hans Landa is $200, Bruce Lee is $280 (and yes, that's the regular one-body release), etc. I'm not putting them down though, I've never ordered from them before but I often browse their site and they have a lot of variety, and in general, excluding HT, they seem very reasonably priced.

The likelihood of others getting this figure though is completely up in the air, I guess, and so I'm not suggesting people wait but I think if it does end up elsewhere it may very well be a lot cheaper.

Too expensive for my blood... I want the scarecrow, but not gonna dish out that amount for that set, I don't even like the batman demon. I plan to custom my own scarecrow.
