I suppose that's possible. I don't know how they differentiate between the HK and Japan releases.

This is really getting me stressed, do I order from amiami.com, wait on Toys2, or wait even longer (probably) for someone like Sideshow to get it?

I did the calculations and from amiami.com the Micheal Beat-it will run me close to $280 USD. I have all three of the first ones so far and plan to pre-order the Smooth Criminal as soon as it is offered, I'd "HATE" to miss this one.
