In any of the pictures that have been posted looks like the prototype.., but at least in the 2 pictures of this guy, she looks somewhat better and decent than the previous ones (but still very different) :/

So far she does'nt convince me at all, and there's something off, (monstly the likeness) therefore I'll have to wait till she comes out on HK and decide then..

What is pretty apparent form these pics is that for whatever reason HT softened the features on the face and made less angular.
To me the other version looked better, but this doesn't look as disastrous as the earlier pics seemed to imply.
Maybe we're lucky and this isn't the final production piece.

I would say that they have done the opposite thing than Sarah Connor:

The first Sarah's prototype looked soften.. and the second proto and final sculpt (both different) they remarked exaggeratedly her facial features, and lines, and even the shape and size of the headsculpt .. and she ended up looking too much caricaturized IMO..

But, What I can't understand their decisions and why they softened Alice prototype HS so much.. I mean, the Proto sculpt looked nice, her Head shape was anguled with well-defined facial features, yes of course, (like the real Milla's ) but not at all exaggerated.:/

As I said before, we'll have to wait to find out...

Looks like they put resident evil: afterlife 3D on the stand. Adding the 3D is unnecessary if you ask me.
