My wife has just shown me the POs she has placed on both of these! Good old wifey! She posts on here now too.

I know we already have a thread in the "other" forum to say our goodbyes... but I just had to post this in here too.

When I think of these figures, the first board member that pops in my head is always DGT. I know these 2 were figures he looked forward to owning all his life, and I was really excited to see his thoughts in finally having them. Absolutely gutted to hear of his passing....

I watched the film last night for the first time since I was about 6, and I totally forgot just how bonkers it is. Great, but bonkers! Really looking forward to these figures now, they look excellent.

And I couldn't help but think of DGTWoodward

These two are projected for April, I believe, for the US. That means we can probably expect pics from Hong Kong bloggers around March. Granted, HT has been putting certain things out ahead of schedule, so anything's possible.

UK distributors still have this down as a Q2-Q3 release for one shop and a Q3-Q4 release for the other, so I am not expecting them to reach us before the end of the summer.

ETA: Just looked on the Hot Toys site. The original release date was Q2-Q3 2014 so, unless they are working damned quickly (not something we expect from them) looks like other countries should be getting them Q3-Q4.

If these have been delayed from April then I hope the Batmobile doesn't come too close on the back of the release date. That'd be a big hit in a short space of time. Having said that it's not likely since we haven't heard a pip from HT about the vehicle.

It would make sense for them to release the figures before the Batmobile, but that doesn't mean they will do it that way. I haven't heard any updates on eitehr since they were anounced and didn't find any on a quick search just now. I am just trying not to think about it.
