I love eBay. But there are a lot of scammers and people taking advantage of buyers.

I'll look into it man I've never heard of it....I have though of bottling up some and sending it as I have done with touch ups for customers. Ha ha great idea man ill send ya a bottle!

Thanks man! Is your masked head ready to be cast and/or sold yet?

Sounds good. Is that painted or raw?

I really like that DOFP custom u did. Where did the buckle come from? Did u sew the shirt yourself?

going back and forth and can't make up my mind. Want a wolverine in my collection that best depicts the character (not the actor) this or last stand? or maybe wait to see what is up next? so hard to choose.

Go with the last stand figure ? He got the classic wolverine hair and is just plain awesome . I passed on this latest wolverine . I hate the suit look and the body is way to skinny . You could also preorder ex figures wolf man . He looks very promising .

Why are you guys saying the body is to skinny? It's the same damn body on every wolverine figure, this one even has padded thighs AND the head is smaller than the other wolverine heads.

The way they painted the beard and sideburns is inexcusable. And the suit is like a cheap knock off.

Shocking quality from hot toys, the crow and now this?? Gone are the days of top notch quality.

I obviously painted my beard and thinned out the moustache and ridiculous sole patch, it looks good now bit still can't in good faith display it with that horrible looking suit :(

The body is skinny compared to Jackman in The Wolverine. He was a lot more muscular than he was in Origins. However, we all know they used the same body for fitting reasons.

And as for The Wolfman figure, it didn't look too great to me when they did the full reveal. It looked cheap.

we may never get a top notch Wolverine figure, I'm getting more and more worried that there may not be anything coming from HT for Days of Future Past, which just blows my mind:gah:

I think there'll be something. I don't think they'll pass up doing another Wolverine. Plus, they can reuse the unreleased young Xavier figure. Does anyone know why that never got made? I remember seeing it displayed by X3 Wolverine.

This latest x men movie looks like it's going to be a hit with critics and the box office so hot toys will probably try to get in on it but by then it will be too late and the hype will have died down like what happened with First Class. But I think this one will stand the test of time a bit more.

Hot toys is not in bed with fox studios like they are marvel studios. A wolverine seems inevitable and they might finally release first class Xavier.. They might try for another DOFP figure but I don't think any sales at this point will propel a lot of releases. When they snooze on a property and miss the hype window to propel sales they just drop the ball all over the place. They can be embarrassingly bad at this.

I don't think they snoozed on the property. I think Hot Toys did not have faith in the demand of the First Class franchise and made a deliberate decision not to release merchandise. They probably thought Future Past would be a more worthy investment (more of an action type movie, they usually support) So it makes more sense to release whatever First Class products they had already made around this film

The impulse to capitalise on the Hype window while a film is still in theaters is detrimental to the overall product. When they do that, we get crap like TASM 2 figure which is clearly a victim of the mad dash to push everything out the door on time. I prefer they not impose any artificial deadlines on themselves and just do it correctly. If a fan doesn't want to buy a product a year after the film came out then the truth is they didn't really want it anyway.

I was reposing my collection today anticipating the upcoming releases. I was resetting one of my Wolverine figs and it hit me.....at the proper angle, light etc the face sculpt looked like Bradley Cooper...:cuckoo:
