Licking Cyclops happend.
If I remember correctly it was a time when they were all underground in caves with the little girl and her beastie and it was drawn by the mighty Joe Maderia at the time.

People think that Magneto might restor his Metal claws in the future part of DOFP. but since he'll be asleep and sent back in time i doubt it.

in the past part of DOFP he does have Bone claws and no adamantium as it's set before he gets it in the movies canon.

Will be interesing if he fights Magneto as in the origianl trilogy he was never a threat as Magneto could freeze him in place but in the 70s he can't do that.

That will be interesting. Magneto may get his arse kicked by Wolvie this time around! :yess:

All i meant with the DOFP restoring his claws was this:

Modern day. *No metal claws*(But metal covered skeleton)
Problems in the present arising from actions in the past.
Wolverine gets sent back in time to the 70s.
He in habits his 70's body(No metal at this time).
Battles ensue, people fight, people die. Future is slightly changed.
Wolverine returns to the present.
But finds, due to some other unforeseen element that he has altered in the past, he has his metal claws again(Like in this timeline, the silver samurai didn't get built or something).

That's all i meant.
It might not happen. But i wouldn't put it past the makers to want Wolverine to have his metal claws back.

May be Charles figured a way to get his claws back.. No future, past, etc needed. All they need is a 2 min clip sometime towards the beginning of the movie when they restore it through a similar operation. Am very sure that would be less painful compared to the whole 9 yards he went through the first time. Problem solved.

Yes but by linking the gene grey depression i think they cant fit DOFP in between last stand and wolverine ... from a movie chain stand point. So they either ignore this as a stand alone movie or fix them early on in the movie DOFP

This movie is set after Wolverine... How could it be set before? Didn't you stay during the credits?

Nope, i said it before, honestly i saw it on an international flight during my business travel and honestly i slept by the time the samurai thing came in. I am also one of the rare guys who likes the origins a lot. This movie was a drag for me from the word go. Am interested in the figure cause its the best wolverine sculpt out there and thats about it. But long answer short i did not stay through the credits. Don't even know if the flight version had that as usually the movies are edited for the flights (lot of scenes are cut etc)

I love Origins. It's third behind Avengers and Iron Man for me in the Marvel movies and is seriously under rated. Deadpool was the only flaw, admittedly a big one. I saw the Wolverine in the cinema and didn't really enjoy it. That being said i rewatched it yesterday and enjoyed it more the second time. It's not as good as Origins but it's a very different type of movie. The extended and unrated cut is also fun. We see lots of F-Bombs and blood from Wolverine at last.

I can't wait to pick up this figure. I would also like to get the Origins one because i love the movie and the leather jacket is cool but it's hard to find for a good price and the sculpt on this one is much better. I'm hoping when the new figure comes out people will sell the Origins one.

He does get it back. You can see it in the trailer. I doubt they will leave him with his bone claws in the present timeline.
