When I first saw this I thought it was just TDW Thor used as a placeholder....though we've seen a sleeveless Thor shown at a couple of conventions showcasing AOU figures, so no surprise there ... unless he comes with interchangeable arms as pple have guessed.

Maybe they will try jointed arms for the Ragnarok Thor. I would take seams over rubber any day.

Yeah def looks exactly like DW Thor minus the gold. Easy one to pass up for those that have the previous release.

Nice looking figure, but finally one I can definitely pass on...I prefer the armoured look anyway.

If they offer the sleeveless version like in the display picture, I will purchase it. The other 3 Thor's that I have are armored sleeves.

Got mine today from the sideshow deal. Really is a fantastic figure. Not a huge fan of the character but he really adds a lot to my marvel shelf. Will snap some pics later on in the week.

When you factor in the double rewards and free shipping, it's about the same as the quick 40% off that came and went, right?
