First off, sorry for the lack of clarity with my posting about the price difference, was on my phone half awake in bed when I posted that. Yes, the ULTRON code gave 40% off to the Marvel figures still lingering around Sideshow.

And Lex, even though I was standing next to you awaiting your theory to come true, I couldn't take the risk and after weighing it out I decided to do the 20% off and take the extra rewards as I have a rewards plan which involves something for my wife so I can say "yeah I know Hot Toys are a lot, but look what I got you for free!". She doesn't mind my hobby by any means as she's a geek too, but just for reassurance....

20% off with extra rewards is still a great deal. I'm shaken in my belief there will be another 40% code but we shall see.

Keeping the wife happy is paramount but it's much easier since she is also a geek. I hope my girlfriend likes the Bruce Banner I got for her at 20% off (and extra rewards for me) and the Loki I got for 40% off that I'll be saving for her birthday in December.

Yeah only figure I have multiples of is all the caps. My first iron man will be the mk43. Already got War Machine here waiting for him.

The difference between the 40% promo and the current 20%/triple rewards/free shipping is negligible. I will be paying $152 for armored Thor after my reward points post. The other offer was only about $10-12 cheaper.

The difference to me is the instant savings the 40% brings. Extra rewards gives you something to look forward to later on and evens the cost out, but given the choice i'd choose the 40%.

Does anyone who has this know if there was a hammer holding issue with the figure?

Also, is he articulate enough to do action poses like the Thor PF or similar with regards to his arms and leg movement?

Just check some video reviews. Some people have said they've had a few issues with posing with the hammer due to the fact it is a little heavy, but no major complaints. I don't think there would be an issue with the premium format pose.

Cool thanks. I was looking at Sean Long's video a while ago, it seemed the pants were restricting the legs from bending forward but the arm pose looks possible. I want to try to get him in either of the PF poses for a nice action shot.
