Another turn in collar gate. Got a batman returns Bruce Wayne figure and one of the cuffs has turned yellow despite having no wire. So maybe it's the glue like Kuat mentioned.

I thought Han's ANH shirt was more that colour anyway. Saw the figure in hand yesterday and it didn't look as bad to me as I thought it might. The head is tiny and the face actually looks a little bit like the bootleg Indy heads we got from OneSixthKit. Had I wanted it I would still have replaced the head with a JNIX though.

So, I'm a little confused. I read that the wires in Solo's collar are what causes it to look orange... But why isn't the material on the outside of the stitching changing like the flap behind it? I'm thinking it's some kind of glue they used on that one flap. The other flap isn't stiff like the orange one, and even though it has a wire too, it still looks perfect:

Thanks for your ongoing investigation TonTon. I'm pretty sure we can be conclusive at this point that it's the glue.

The glue they use for the left side of clothing. Stick with the right glue!

Yeah it's a great sculpt. I managed to pull together a full "Jnix/HT Han" for about $240 all up (painted Jnix head, eBay $20 body, HT gear/outfit minus boots for about $45.) I didn't like the HT boots - currently trying out various parts bin ones.
