That sculpt might be just thing I need to finally get the SS Hoth Han. Looks like it would be a perfect replacement for the hatted Solo head. Just a shame to dremel away a decent hair sculpt.

Got mine today too. I also got a new body, which is a clone of the HT one I used for Indy. I love the sculpt, I lightened the hair and I was good to go. The body didn't come with a pistol grip hand, so I had to substitute one from a KP body. The joints are super tight and I'd definitely recommend it. The gear is from the old SSC Bespin Han except the boots, they're from the DID Otto. I'm stoked to finally have the Han I always wanted.

Here's a link for the body: https://onesixthkit.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=87_88&product_id=289

Here's my pics:

I agree with it possibly working better on a TTM19 body due to the broader shoulders. I have a knock off of that body that I try when I receive mine. I think that at that point a problem might be that the TTM19 will be too bulky for the Sideshow bespin jacket.

I plan on using mine for the hatted Hoth figure. It will be nice to have that figure displayed without those goggles on for once.

If you need a body, look no further than the one I used (link in post). I used it for Han and it's a clone of what I used for Indy. It has good shoulders and you can get the requisite Ford slouch that you don't get with the TTM-19. The Bespin jacket fits it a treat.

I'm with Rogerbee. Harrison was much more lean than muscular. I'm using a narrow shoulder knock off and the shoulders are plenty wide. Plus it has better arm articulation than the body HT chose for Han.

That being said, the TTM19 should work with the newer Bespin jacket (from the Hoth Han). The problem is the slim pants from SS. They're tailored for a Buck (remember those?) body and may be tight on the wider thighed TTM19.

I see people are saying this OSK Han was originally an Indy sculpt. I'd like to get the Indiana Jones version. Can y'all help me find the ROTLA Indy sculpt? I'm not thrilled with my HT sculpt.

My friend you are out of luck. It's been sold out on Kit's site for months and according to him there are no plans to make more. Be on the lookout on ebay or this forum however. You never know. It's called the Treasure Hunter. Good luck!

The face definitely has an ESB look to it, just as the ANH Jnix has, which makes it perfect for that bash. The hair is something between HT ANH and the way it looked in ESB.

I don't think I'd use it in place of the fresher faced HT ANH, though if he still had those clothes in the wardrobe three years later I guess that'd work.

Man of Fluff put up a video review:

I think this one might work better on a TTM19 style body - the kind HT used for their Indy.

Thanks for posting. Based on the video, Kit has delivered another really stellar head - very nice likeness and great apps, BUT:

1. It looks a little large - not SSC large, but larger than the standard HT size, and it's pretty obvious in the vid (interested to see it next to SSC Han Hoth)
2. The stubble is fairly noticeable/prominent - not a dealbreaker and maybe suits the character, but he really didn't have stubble in the SW movies
3. Next to the HT, the face looks noticeably older - definitely not ANH, probably not even ESB, maybe best suited for ROTJ
4. The hair seems just as inaccurately dark as the HT hair - pretty much black instead of medium brown

What I do love is that the hair covers those awful jug ears the Indy version of this head has.

Hopefully mine's here tomorrow.:gah:

It is bigger than the Indy version, and not just because of the hair. I think it would work as an ROTJ Han. You'd need an ANH vest, Hoth Han shirt and pants and you'd be there I think. I have a trench coat from an Endor Rebel, but, I'd worry about that being big. I'll stick with my ESB though, it was always my favourite look.

I bought two of those sculpts from kit. I have the uu han solo trench coat and his pants and the vest he came with. I will have to decide which version I want once I get the sculpts in. your han looks good. I also have an extra hot toys ANH han gun holster belt to go with the enterbay outfit.

I wonder why it got bigger? Do you have the SSC Hoth Han head to show a pic beside? My guess is it's pretty close in size to that.

The ROTJ vest is different from the ANH one and his shirt is a different color in the trenchcoat outfit, but I guess most would be hidden by the trenchcoat anyway.

The endor rebel trenchcoat isn't quite the same as the one Han wears - the hasbro trenchcoat isn't bad (in a kinda sorta way) and is closer in color to accurate. I've never seen the UU one, I'm that's pretty great.

here is a photo of the uu han solo trench coat. this coat has wires going through both sides of his coat. s-l1600.jpg

Nice coat but the color doesn't quite look right. Maybe it's just the pic though. I now vaguely remember someone tried to recolor it?

Also, isn't much of the UU Han a bit too small? The pant I have are great but a half size too small for 1/6.

I don't have the Hoth Han sculpt, but, I'd say that the recast is slightly smaller than that is. The recast Han head is probably larger because the original MJ Indy head was pretty big to begin with, they probably did one cast from that and then sculpted the Han hair onto it. Had they done that to a Treasure Hunter and then cast that the head would be tiny.

My Endor Han has the UU trench and shirt. Fits great!
