So, I just got this figure today and have pretty much been futzing the hood for four or five hours. It's a great figure, but the hood is just absolute ****. I have no idea how to get it even remotely looking like on film and not like a damn wizard.

Yep... He can end up looking a bit Dumbledore... But with a bit of work, he can still look a a little more Jedi...
(apologies for lo-res photo!!)

I assume you mean the pointy hood? In the film he WAS rather pointy-hooded wizard looking... (a feature I actually wish more Jedi robes sported)

I love HT but I hate playing around with them. Once I find a pose I pretty much leave it. Found a pose early in my "handling" process that I was very happy with and decided the pose outweighed more "playing" of the figure. Maybe a year or two from now I may revisit but hey "If it ain't broke don't try to reposition it" Right??

That looks simply perfect...

Excellent shot, Bo - You absolutely nailed the character in these!

The best I could do with it. Not nearly as nice as some of what I've seen in this thread, but meh. Tired of dealing with it at this point.

Looks great! It's not a competition - although if competitive futzing ever becomes a thing I'll be straight out of the hobby. It looks like Obi-wan's getting a nice view of slave leia too!

[emoji1] had to zoom in on the image to notice the reflection!

I don’t collect many HT figures (two a year). The handful of HT purchases before Obi Wan were Batman Returns, Sandtroooper, Chewbacca, Elder P2 Predator & BD Robocop. So Obi Wan was a very nice return to full human head sculpts, fabrics and layers. Very pleased!

Hi, all. Some great photos here! For mine, I used a knock off head, repainted it and haired it and used Sideshow clothing for my Obi Wan. Thanks for looking.
