It still doesn't make sense though because Obi-Wan is $220, not $225....

They've lowered it. At the time the thread was started $225 seemed to be the lowest priced item with an NRD. Then others like Kenobi popped up. There are still more expensive items like HT Han that still don't have an NRD.
