It's rather funny these comic characters. Dress all in intimidating black, even black around the eyes BUT still wants you to know that it was a "white guy" that helped /saved you so he keeps his mouth uncovered.

Do any of you that now have this Batman Returns figure own an Ace Toyz Michael Keaton head? I want to see what that looks like on it and the tux suit.

I don't know, I think there are two of them? The one that was posted a lot a while back looked like a recasted/warped version of the one above with blood on it's face or something. It was in side a "torn" '89 suit and I thought it looked awful, hence my comment.

Then I just saw that guy's video and wasn't so sure. I don't know what to think anymore. After all these great in hand pics and videos of the Batman in the past 48 hours, I'm sold on Batman. Seeing that torn cowl though, I really want a good Bruce Wayne portrait.

HT Keaton sculpt Is not too bad in hand, The torn cowl is a nice touch too.

Hope HT make BR Catwomen, Penguin & Max Shreck would be nice too. Would love to see a Christopher Walken fig from HT, from any of his movies, I'm not fussy.

I showed my dad the HT Keaton sculpt a while ago, and he didn't recognize who it was. A few minutes ago I showed him that video of the Ace Toys sculpt, and I covered the title of the video so he couldn't see the name, and he knew who it was. He said, "That's Birdman, I recognize his mouth. It looks like him" I'm not a fan of either sculpt though.

Well, those last shots of the Batman dollie are truly making me STFU. Nitpicks aside, I think it looks stellar, and while the BW HS is not as great as, say, Murphy (then again, what is?) those last pics from Shells show (at least to me) that it looks better than OK, specially with the ripped cowl. I truly will have no use for the body and tux, so IF I do get the set, I'll sell that. I'm sure there's someone out there crazy enough to buy it. Hell, I'll sell the box AND the shipper as separate items and they'll sell.

OK, after three seconds of heavy meditation I've decided I'm getting this. I just HATE paying retail for these things.......

Wow, I need that Tony cape... Got mine in today, 2 fins on the gauntlet came snapped off but I just simply glued them back on. As deanKnight said, they're really sharp and keep poking through the cape. The cape is nice but still requires major futzing.

Yep, I was sold on the single Batman about 2 hours ago. Timing isn't ideal, I'd have preferred to build up my savings more but it looks like this thing is going to be sneaking up in price as it gets more popular so I went for Timcent's current ''last one''. Kinda hope the next lot he lists will cost more just to vindicate my decision

Only one mouth-piece I'll use, which is a pity (Robocop has 4 very distinct mouth pieces for comparison), but the Returns outfit just looks really nice and I love the straighter lines of the cowl. I will definitely be replacing the cape or perhaps removing the wire as suggested in one of those videos. I found the DX09 cape to be a nightmare and the stock cape on this looks to be the same.

My DX09 is standing next to my Batmobile so this guy will stand with my other superheroes. Or I'll switch them, the Returns outfit might look better next to the car.

Yeah, I was wrong about dissing the Batman figure when I saw those blogger pics last week. I shouldn't have judged it so quickly based on those. I'll eat crow and take being called a hypocrite, I don't care.

You UK collectors who got this in hand really showed off how nice this looks. I've even come around on one of the open mouth face plates (no idea which one it is or how to describe it since they're both slightly open mouths) after seeing it in motion with the deanknight video. Looked just like Keaton. Great photos, especially yours partyman.

All of Robocop's faces are good and they give you a great selection of emotions. You know they did something right when you struggle with deciding which one to use. That and the fact they included FOUR.

I won't complain anymore, but would it have really killed them to include a sadistic smiling mouth and an angry, rage fueled mouth for this Batman when we know what they're capable of? I'd have been tempted to get multiple Batman figures if the selection of expressions were there. I mean sure, don't make the glider or a proper segmented, poseable suit, but those two faces weren't asking much.

None of these figures are perfect (look at Robo with his bland silver paint job, no gun holding trigger finger hands and rubber), but it's just frustrating when a few little touches tht they're capable of would make these things better.

Or I'll switch them, the Returns outfit might look better next to the car.

That's what I'm thinking and planning. The Returns suit is sleek and very art deco, automotive looking, I think it's going to compliment the car really well.

Cheers fabs, I'm glad my pics are convincing people. You guys won't regret getting him, he's so much better in hand.

As with the 89 though as soon as you get Tony's cape on him it makes all the difference.

Your lighting and everything on the shelf is perfect. Oh, and to anyone that has it, do the spears hooks come out of the double barreled spear gun launcher so you can attach/plug in the hook cables? If so, did they change the grapple gun too?

I've been looking pics or scans of the instructions/directions but can't find them.
