I just got an e-mail from Sideshow saying that Quicksilver has been delayed to March-April. Not that it's much of a surprise, given that he hasn't been released in HK yet. But hopefully this means we should see final product photos within the next month.

That's plausible. QS is scheduled for a February release in HK.
