Finally got around to repositioning Wolf's mandibles. Nothing extreme, but it definitely looks better.

He looks great, Alice! I had done the same thing with mine last weekend...really improves the look a lot, and he was pretty sharp to begin with!

The only email I got was the one saying they would process today. I haven't seen any processing today so far. Sometimes the notification comes late at night though, right?
