UPDATE:

I spoke to SSC CS today. They said they have already pre-auth'D my card and these should arrive in the Warehouse this week.

So hopefully they will begin to ship this week as well.

They said they were processing this Mon., and the lady on the phone today said that they might be able to get a few orders out this week, but for sure on Monday of next week.

Tat means, I have something to look foreward to next week other than the firt day of school

SSC holds about $12 over the estimated Invoice on pre-auth.

When your item ships, they will charge Exact amount plus adjusted shipping.


My card showed 191 in pre-auth charge but my Invoice is 180.

I went on the waitlist July 21st. I was shocked to hear from them at all. I thought maybe it was the Gandalf Ex. waitlist.

Chances are the box was cheaper to produce and ship. I think all companies are looking for a way to cut back on costs these days rather than raise the price of the product too high.

i think the new box looks better. it takes up less shelf space and is cheaper on shipping.

Since opening 8 of the new boxes, I gotta agree. I prefer the old style. This one is a pain in the azz.
