Oh, no no..they kept the other one lol, it was not even that bad at all..just the black wash on one eye was stronger then on the other..and i mean you really had to look hard to notice it..i am just a little anal about things like that when you pay a good amount of cash for something, the thing though about the first head i had, the dreads hung down better then on the new head but, i can fix that.

Got my replacement skirt and a new head for my cleaner from Toys2 today, absolutely great to deal with and will continue..glad these guys are only a 15-20min drive away from me, if i had ordered one online and had it come to me the way it did, i would be waiting forever for a replacement.

That's great to hear. I buy a LOT from Toys2 and have never had a problem. Glad to know they'll correct one though.

hey everyone I just got this figure and he's my first ever predator figure he's awesome but I had a few questions: is the cleaner kit suppose to sit flush on his back because on mine it's at an angle because of the slot? Are his are suppose to not stay up to well because of the weight on his joints? Lastly anyone know where I can get some back up springs? Oh also where can I get an extra cannon, will it fit onhis right shoulder? And my left shoulder strap came unglued on one side and glue tips or special kinda glue? Thanks everyone I might have to get into this line more.

Ok one last question is the spear suppose to fit straight along his back too? Again mine is at an angle so it's angled and pics of someone cleaner from the back view and sideview? Thanks again.

Not sure about that... I always thought he Kenner Alien figures were crap. But I was like 16 or so when they were on the scene so I might be biased
