Bummer. I figured this one would go up on their site since they distribute Hot Toys. So...I guess Amazingtoyz and Alteregocomics got hit also then?

yes, the only way a company can sell these guys in the US, is if they import them themselves at market cost. sideshow can't legally import these because of WBs contract saying that they are the only ones who can distribute dark knight figures in the US. that's why BBTS had really high prices, because they bought them for the market price, and there for upped the price.

ABC was right.. I read somewhere that the Toy Hunters shop got them to sell as exclusives... so regular retailers get them in a few weeks.

Just been chatting to my supplier in HK, I asked her why I haven't got my stock of HT Joker & Batman?

She said that the Hot Toys 'Toy Hunter' store is selling the figures exclusively and suppliers will get their stock in a few weeks.

Which explains why some sellers has them and others don't, obviously some sellers has been queuing at Toy Hunters!!!

My brother in law managed to get one from Toy Hunters. he's doing a repaint at the moment with it!

So, what are people's feelings on the accessories with this figure now that we've seen the movie.

Personally, I'm fine with that machine gun we've all been chasing pre-film not being with the figure, it's screen time was a bit to minimal and it's use very crude to worry about whether he has it or not. I think, for this outfit, this figure comes with all you could want, knives, full costume, Joker cards, I think that sums him up as far as accessories go for the purple suit.

I agree, the knives and cards were a must and that's what we're getting.

I'm fine with the choice of accessories. The only other one I would want was easily found at Toys R Us, and that is the Russian RPG found in an "Ultimate Soldier" accessory pack for $10.

Well, I was thinking of using the shotgun that I have from my HT Hicks. I think its similar although the handle is different I reckon. Its just stowed away on his back in the shotgun holder/holster anyway.

I think in the party scene, the shotgun that Joker uses has a short, curved handle?

It could work well enough, I'm sure some of the resident arms experts around here could help you identify an exact or damn close match out there.

For me, guns don't represent Joker, by his own speech, so it's ok for me that he doesn't include any and could be why HT didn't, or they'll do v2 and put them all with that.

Yup, at this point, if they do a rerelease of this one as a variant, it'd take a whole different outfit or one amazing alternate headsculpt to get me to buy a second figure, no weapons or other little items are going to rope me in, I'll have all that stuff I really want with this figure coming now, and I wish it would come NOW
