count me in as member of the clown gang then. it's the eyes. i dont see bale there. everything else from the nose down is perfect. the details on the clothing is amazing. but unless they tweak the eyes, it's a no buy for me.

after bank robber joker this one is a disappointment. that joker is an art, this one is merely a cool figure. the difference is how you first react to it - the joker made you rub your eyes in disbelief, this one just made you praise the sculpt.

Turning it down for just the eyes? It goes to show that since BRJ people's expectations have been significantly raised. Well anywho from what we hear they are taking this one back for some tweaks - I'm sure it will come back looking more like Bale.

I hear the sculpt is being revised. this guy is a hell of a scultptor and im happy hes working with hot toys now, but man, this head needs some serious retools. I have faith it will turn out great though. the rest of the figure is just bad ass though

We can only hope he is not handi-nippled

This figure just looks really sweet... and the great thing is we can be pretty confident the production figure will look as nice as these images (and probably better as they are "tweaking" the sculpt).
