Unfortunately the deals between the studio and HT are that the actors/actresses can approve and reject the head sculpts, but they have no say on the body itself. It is up to the "licenser" or studio to approve and reject the entire figure...

So technically speaking, those "nice thingamabobs" or "eyes" are not really Miss Olsen's...

No I agree it looks great Way better than other figures. She is wearing a corset and I think we need more footage of her in costume, not that I'd watch it

I'm sorry but I definitely like the New avengers version"s outfit MUCH better than this! This outfit looks like an outfit from ROSS, Target or some clothing store, does not say superhero at all to me. Just my opinion!

Actually, you would be wrong. Not any of the marvel actors hold that right currently. RDJ gets a say in whom gets the rights, but no approvals. Though marvel often lets him in on the process. Marvel has always been in control and has required very studio friendly deals. Evans and the rest make about the same (up till Aou then they got a small pay increase because RDJ asked the studio for it) about what most big tv stars get per episode.

Evans only made 200k for "the first avenger" and around 6.5 mill for aou(3 mill for A1). Hemsworth made 300k for the first Thor and around 2 mill with bonus for a1(4 mill I think for Aou). Scarlett made 20 mill for Aou and 6 for a1. RDJ made 20-40 for Aou and a1 but also has a cut of box office and escalators and a merch deal and it's thought he made closer to 100 mill for A1 and 80 for Aou.

Anyway, there are very few actors who retain likeness approvals. At best it's the right to approve any merch deals or disapprove(so they don't end up on products the hate or don't condone or whatnot). Then the studio handles the approvals. Sigorney Weaver has a rare approval deal for aliens. Jack does for the joker. Then the xmen first class cast does due to the way fox worded their deals.
