As for the figure. While I agree it's a beautiful look, it just doesn't scream super-hero to me. It looks like the type of designer fashion I can picture her wearing on the red carpet at some event. But, I guess it's an upgrade from her vagabond look in AOU.

I'm actually a fan of them not looking too "superheroey" though. That's one thing I've liked about the MCU is that they've largely played down the superhero names, traditional comic style secret identities and costumes down a bit.

I have to agree with Kiwi, the MCU has really gone for the more functional approach to superhero costumes. Identifiable as superheroes for sure, but again more functional. Like, Hawkeye's MCU costumes vs his comics purple costume. Everyone's costumes have a story element to them as well as a "yes hello I am a superhero" element. Thor's is Asgardian warrior dress, for example. I wasn't entirely keen on Wanda's CW costume at first but it has grown on me, I do think it suits the tone of the MCU better in some aspects to the NA costume.
