My newest Cap! (and a little Bucky)
Coming from behind collecting WS figs - but hey, better late than never!$$$ Got set on having Golden Age Cap for a lot of reasons - the last fight scene w. Bucky, the retro feel - those gloves, even. I NEEDED him. So felt real lucky to find one that didn't break the bank, because these pieces seem to keep getting higher$ (and forget the WS Bucky$$$$
).
Read all the posts about Cap, pro and con - but for me, just love 'im. As is. Even the much-debated face sculpt - for one thing, saw a pic where Chris Evans looks just like that, more or less - so for me it's an excellent capture. And I like having something different - IMO, it's actually quite a good sculpt. And love the uniform - just hope that vinyl holds up

PS. And, well, Bucky, he now has his Z-toy sniper rifle
, but LOL the diecast one I also got is too big and heavy - it's a desk ornament I guess
. On the other hand the cheesy Z-toy one had to be glued, here and there...still looking for the perfect Barrett...
Anyway, the two together along w. the Steve Rogers set - awesome! My WS movie collection is slowly coming along. Really love this Cap, the incredible suit details, the pinstripes - just the FEEL of the suit. Perfect eye paint. Keeping mine as is.
! It's pics like that that have me thinking for my WS display, I really need to pick up the WS Falcon while I can. Thought I'd be OK adding the BW I am futzing with (hair) and thought I should only get CW Falcon - but - he's a favorite character for me and just feels like WS Falcon needs to be there.
