Has there been any info/confirmation on the outer jacket being wired or not? In the earlier pics it certainly looked as though it was wired, but this latest pic seems to show the jacket hanging a lot more naturaly and doesn't look wired to me.....

W/ regard to prurple suited Joker ...

his shoes looks like a totally different colour and really weathered
his tie is different
his coat looks smaller
and his face / lips remind me of a beak ... like a duck

One thing I don't remember seeing being commented on (ie nit-picked to death!) is that the purple gloves on the MMS and DX aren't screen accurate. They're missing the copper coloured snap on the inside.

So, how many people are going to demand a reissue to correct this hideous mistake? ;-)

Like builders workman boots after several months of use no?... makes me think he's been working with cement and/or shifting tons of grey chalky bricks.

totally agree about the shoes! DIRTY JOKER!!!

yeahman...the tie even reminds me of the DC Direct version

plus the more i look at the trenchcoat the more is appears wrinkled and un- ironed

Quick question: I want to display the police officer joker AND the classic joker look, but was planning on just swapping the new outfit/head onto the V1 joker body. Is that doable, or is it a must to purchase a true type slim body? Thanks for any info!

Not possible, Police Outfit is tailored for a narrow shoulder body, you would have to purchase an extra narrow shoulder TT

I believe the purple Joker suit you recieve with the DX is gonna fit a regular TT

I thought that since the police joker uses the narrow shoulders TT that the new regular outfit would too since they are supposed to be swapable onto the police joker body.

No, it only makes sense for them to tailor them both to fit the narrow TT, otherwise it wouldn't be swappable. Which, in turn, would be an unwise decision for hot toys to make.

Just take some sandpaper or a dremel and shave the shoulders down. Problem solved.

Thanks for the replies, though I'm kind of bummed. It sucks that I'm going to have to buy an extra body just to display the "ultimate" joker (I don't have the expertise to dremel/sand/etc). Also, what do I do now with v1 joker? I'm already going to have bank robber AND cop joker on display, do I really want to have two versions that are basically the same?

I know! What is it about Hot Toys. They can nail most of the little details, but sometimes fall short on some of the major details like patterns and coloring for clothing.
