It does work well with 89 Batman, but yeah, get rid of it.
89 Batman would look just as good with painted eyes.

Honestly the HT version looks a lot better to me, but that is just my opinion.

This is a discussion board. Deal with it.
The stock Medi head is too narrow, but properly widened it looks fantastic. The DX12 clearly has issues. Perhaps it too will be adaptable through modification, but my issues with it are more to do with the mouth sculpts and the lines on the cowl. These things are not so easy to modify.
And, yes, Hot Toys really should be getting it right by now, but then what would we all have to talk about?

I think the number of well working PERS is about equal the so called google eyes or things that "ruin the likeness"...DX Bruce Lee, Sparrow, 89 Joker and Bats, Joker 2.0, Bespin Luke BD, apparently MMS Hulk has it too, and arguably DX MJ are the good ones compared to DX01/02, Indy, T800, DX12 (though I don't see it honestly), Bespin Luke clean, and 1/4 Bats as the bad ones
