Yeah, it's a good idea. Still needs to be painted though.

I already do that. With every figure I get. Batman 89 got the opening Batman theme. Indy got his classic theme and we all know what Luke will get.


And I'm not even kidding.

no but it's brittle. at least when i've used it. I don't use it anymore

If I go that route (creating a mold and what not). I'd use epoxy clay to make the cast that way it's rock hard after it cures. then send it off to Ski for paint

Well the cowl is clearly a big improvement, just wish they had gone the whole hog and just used a scan. Still issues with the frown lines and the shape along the back.

Are my eyes playing tricks on me? I could've sworn the new cowl was a smidge bigger than the old one. Why does the dx02 cowl look bigger? In fact didn't someone here put the dx12 head on the old body and it seemed a bit oversized?

DX02 cowl is narrower with longer ears.
DX12 cowl is wider with shorter ears.

Aren't they usually last to get them? Why would they charge now instead of in November when other Vendors will start receiving theirs? Sideshow is the only one getting these early.
