Yep.

That's why I just bought extra DX 09 Keaton '89 Batman mouth plates to customize and insert onto these DX 12 Batman figures. That should make them better.

honestly I'm surprised mine shipped, considering it was late last night and had to be after SSC had closed, I would keep looking today, I know they have a lot of catching up to do, plus they're 3 hours behind most of us

Seems you finally get this awesome fig in the states as well, I'm sure you will be pleased. Still I think the big drawback is the cape...looking forward to the custom cape of lforigno I ordered - for now the "stock cape" ought to do.

I have to ask, I already have the DX2 Batman The Dark Knight, and because I missed the DX1 Joker, I have the DX11 Joker (2.0) pre-ordered. Since the DX12 Batman Rises is basically from Batman 3 and really doesn't look much different besides a few more accessories, is there really any need to order it if I feel it's like buying two of the same thing?

I sold my DX02 in anticipation for this. If you only need one version, IMO Id go with this one.

I don't see enough difference in the DX2 and the DX12 to bother getting the DX12 since I already have the DX2. If anything I might just buy a few parts from the DX12 to have more stuff for my DX2, a Bruce Wayne head, Bat armor collar, maybe the new Bat Rifle (or whatever it's called), and a few other things.

It shouldn't even be a question which one to own, but it is and that is sad after so many attempts. Some of these pics make the figure look really awful, i think about cancelling (again), and then someone takes a good one and i'm like what do I do.

But then I remember that it is Batman and he has always done well on the secondary...so I should at the very least be able to get my money back if I don't like him in person. So that is the plan.

I can't tell if people aren't pushing in their mouth pieces in all the way or if this figure suffers from the issue that the Keaton Batman figure did.

Great photos! The grimace face makes it look like that awful ass rape scene in the short film "Death of Batman".
