Do you have a list of what mods you did?

- Painted eyelids
- Robbie's custom mouthpiece.
- DX2,s collarbone and shoulder pads, on the upper armor area.
- Shoulder pads are 2 layers on each side, and are pulled close to the
chest armor, to leave almost no gaps.
- Cut the cuffs off from the gloves.

compared to this thread, the joker thread is a bang-on love fest.

i've never seen so much virulence aimed at an inanimate object as i have seen in this thread.

it used to be really disturbing, but now it's just comical. now people post pictures in this thread and i think: is that stock or mod? seriously ~ most of the time i can't tell the difference unless i really really really look hard.

maybe it's sufficient testament to the "success" of this figure that people are so intensely passionate about it.

i dunno ~ i just think it's a pretty bad a** toy and i love it. right out of the box.

Haha i think the same thing everytime i see a new pic on here, other that the eyelids standing out if there a bit pink i couldnt tell if the rest of the figure was modded or not

As far as mods go I don't do them myself, I keep all my figures how they come, they basically come out of the box, get posed and put on in the display cabinet and thats it. If I want to futz and mod figures I make a custom bash once in a while.

I like seeing what people do though for sure, its nice to look at other peoples take or mod is to make there figure what they want it to be, alot of mods can certianly make a figre look awesome while others just don't work. But all mods usually devalue a figure and the figure is no longer mint.

I am looking forward to getting my dx12, should arrive this week and will be staying stock.

I personally only mod if it is totally reversable, I dont want to damage a $250 figure. You guys are right though, I can't tell if they did any mods to this figure unless there are close up shots and if you keep this figure in a display case, well.......Hey if it makes you feel better then go for it (same feeling towards religion)!!! I personally love this figure just the way it is, I couldn't be happier!!!

I left it a bit late to order the DX12 so i was restricted in what shop i could order from as they had sold out already or the prices were creeping up to £300 & ive never paid that for a figure & never would.
I was very lucky with the Pod that it came in stock the day after i pre-ordered it but also a pain as i knew it would be weeks before i had a figure to go with it.
The reason i tried not to get any of TDKR stuff when pre-orders first came out last year is coz it can become addictive & you tend to take for granted others things trying to buy all this stuff i was aware what had been announced already which would have cost a fortune to try get it all,
Then they teased us with the possibility of the 1/6 Bat & wow that would have cost an arm & a leg, so im glad they didnt go ahead with that.
So i made a deal with myself & of course the misses would agree that i only buy the DX12 the Pod & Selina, Im not interested in bane or even the 2.0 Joker I may change my mind on bane but at the moment i aint excited about it, it just looks like any other basic figure to me & i didn't particularly like the character in the movie. I am tempted though to try get a DX02 Backpack & maybe the sonar head i wish they had included this in the DX12. i understand the sonar head could be pricey to include but come on HT the plastic backpack would have cost you nothing

I feel you, I'm having exactly same problems. The wallet is running thin and even if you only look at the Batman franchise there are too many things. I put dx12, batpod and selina on PO, but unfortunately caved in to ordering the qs001 as well. Couldnt resist having all the accessories, especially in 1/4th scale but at least there wont be a 1/6 bat

We'll see about that. I know they recently showed a pic with a smaller scale Bat. But did they really say the 1/6 is cancelled?

I read somewhere that the translation from one of those milk magazines were just that, because of packaging and shipping issues they made a 1/12th scale version instead.

I remember the 3a figures came 1/12 size, kinda cool but really a step backwards if your a 1/6 collector.
