I would ask your retailer for a replacement.

You can ask for a replacement, but that is really kinda minor but if its bothering go for it. I to like my figures to be mint and without defects so do what you think is right.

Whenever I've had issues with them, they have taken care of me. Their customer service is top notch in my experience. Send them an email and include the photo. They should take care of you.

Buy one from SSC and return the one you paid $310 for if you can OR just hold on to two of them and sell one BNIB in about a month or two for your money back once all retailers are sold out.

I can't afford to buy another atm, I had to start a for sale thread after buying this one I could return it but I'm very excited to recevie the one coming to me very soon and don't want to go though the hassle of returning and waiting for the refund after they receive the item back and by that time sideshow will likey be out of stock again judging by how quickly this figure is selling

So I'll take it on the chin this time.

Totally understandable. Sometimes you have to just say F-IT it's not waste my time to go through the hassle and save a couple of bucks.

Yeah, its fifty bucks so it kinda sucks but i'm sure i'll be happy once I get the figure. I only have myself to blame for paying extra as I could have picked this figure up since its release but got focused on my terminator collection since the dx10 came out an picked up a few of those and a 1/4 enterbay.

I figured the way hot toys have been lately with them not selling out as much or as fast as they used to I had more time. I was surprised this was sold out everywhere and I paniced bought one before the prices got any worse

I decided that I'm just going to keep the batman, anyways, I barely noticed it till today and I been having it for week and a halve and it is also not noticeable when I put the display led light on. Look at the pic sorry for the ugly quality.

The BW sculpt looks so good on this figure, but to me it's not Batman. I think the cowl looks just fine in person and I am juiced to have this guy gracing my shelf.

No it was actually a website. I bought it through Paypal and the dude hit me up with an email saying it was out of stock. So I told him I needed a refund ASAP. He told me he would that night at his home computer, even though he was emailing me from an iphone which he could have refunded from. Anyway, I haven't heard back from him and he hasn't responded to any emails. So in fairness I guess something could have happened to him.

They're new figures. I contacted SS a few weeks ago for a replacement and they told me that another shipment was due for last week.

The figure is great as it is out of the box, I have been lucky enough to see a friends in hand. I still havent recieved mine but its coming soon, seeing my friends has made the wait worse the only mods i plan on doing will be the eyelid paint, the gauntlet mod and the shoulder pad mod. For this being your first Hot Toys I am sure you will be more than happy with him as he comes
