Really? The new or the old one? As far as I can remember the old one looks like some stupid Barbie doll, but the newer one seemed okay.
Whoa. I just checked again and the old Black Widow looks like a blow-up sex doll.


In all honesty, I can understand hating only when it's a really horrible figure or a completely ****ed up headsculpt.
I mean, the DX12's eyelids can be painted - no biggie. What I really don't like about it is the cape and the fact that you have to invest money (albeit not too much) to change it. Some don't like the faceplates (although I'm not sure they're bad enough to justify buying a custom one - although Robbie did a great job with his) The headsculpt (Bale head) is superb and you cannot say that about all recent or coming releases. So I don't think any major hate is justified.

I would have expected something along the lines of:
"The figure is great out of the box, but..."

I love love my figure, but the one thing that irratates me is the misaligned bat symbol lines...

I wonder if they plan to include a miniature Batman figure with the scaled down Bat.

knowing hot toys they'll release a 1/12 Batman and Selina (at least) and sell them separately

I feel you, I'm having exactly same problems. The wallet is running thin and even if you only look at the Batman franchise there are too many things. I put dx12, batpod and selina on PO, but unfortunately caved in to ordering the qs001 as well. Couldnt resist having all the accessories, especially in 1/4th scale but at least there wont be a 1/6 bat

Funny enough i was actually tempted by the 1/4 scale, i think it is a perfect size as a display piece to show off bats at his best, But haha theres always a but, I started dreaming wondering if they would ever consider making him a 1/4 scale Pod i know its a mental thought as the thing would be that big a kid could actually sit on it & after all the B****ing about the 1/6 Bat that we will never see & the size that thing would be reality kicked in but it just made me smile for a bit

Yeah, that was one of the big talks when the proto was shown and pics of it in store windows etc. It's something I didn't notice until it was shown to me nor do I care about it. In fact I have many of the problems others have with the body. My issues lay solely with the head.

I've received two waitlisted items from SSC and they were all brand new. They may be returns from retail stores, but returned as new..not opened.

They're new figures. I contacted SS a few weeks ago for a replacement and they told me that another shipment was due for last week.

Spare EMP gun? no. Spare batteries? well... no. Did HT give us spare batteries? I dunno how to change it. Lost my manual.
Stopping to take pics of Bat, just because I've exhausted all the ways I could take pictures of him with (I think). I'm sure peeps starting to get sick of my pics by now.
