When I think of "the main three" I think of Bane, Joker, and of course Batman. With Ra's being a possible fourth.

In batman history, list of characters (super hero or super villian) as they appeared:-
Batman - 1939
Joker - 1940
Catwoman - 1940

So clearly one of the main 3!!

Two Face didn't appear until 1942 and Bane was in the 1990's!

I'm not talking about the appearance of the characters in Batman comic history, I was more referring to the appearance and roles of the characters in Nolan's films.

Ah. I'm not bothered about the characters in the Nolan films per say. As Bane was a joke!

Gordon was portrayed awesomely by Gary Oldman. But not bothered about a figure of him.

I love the DX01 and DX12, just want the Catwoman to finish my mini Nolan collection off.

I liked Bane but the film was serving as a possible book end ( see where dc take it after man of steel)
I found rises was very much like begins with almost a mirror of it I liked it though a lot. The only grumble is the eight years thing I would like to have a possible eu where in another media still in nolan verse with tumbler etc where he was against other villians hush and others

Because of the eight year and the ending there is no space in between but i like the fall and rise of bruce wayne I wish some one would do something like that with 007 he is not human any more

If they could be swapped around, barring the passing of Heath ledger, I'd have preferred them the be Batman begins and Dark Knight Rises as a 2 parter, with the Dark Knight as the last one. With Selina Kyle with the Joker as I think they would have really complimented each other. And had Harvey Dent/2 Face with Bane.

My personal opinion.

I would have preferred TDK without Harvey Dent at all, but I guess that's just me.

As much of a fan as I am of the Nolan films, I'm kinda glad that they didn't. That way it didn't allow there to be a chance of a half-hearted effort. The Dark Knight Rises may not have been that good in comparison to the other two films, but I felt it was a fitting end.

I really liked it. Different strokes, I guess.

Depending on how well Man of Steel does, DC are already in talks for a Justice League movie!!!

And Christian Bale has said if the script is right he will reprise his Batman role!

Superman and Batman in same movie!!!!

If that happens I will be going to the cinema with a box of tissues, and not for wiping tears from my eyes!!! Lol
