They're getting mostly complaints on their Facebook page.

What else is new? 99% of the comments on the Hot Toys Facebook page are a joke. It's hard to find a larger collection of infants with access to computers. If I were Hot Toys I'd just delete the FB page altogether. It no longer serves any purpose except to provide a circle-jerk to trolls.

You don't need to have every figure in a line to have a nice collection. So much healthier to just pick and choose the ones you really like, and be OK with not having the figures you would normally feel obligated to buy.

With that mindset, I find that silly gimmicky releases like this don't bother me one bit. Why should I fret over something I probably won't buy?

meh, I've never been for one for getting figures if they haven't appeared on screen.

So yes HT, I will save money and use those funds towards other purchases. Thank you

I'm more than happy with the current War Machine figure, and I doubt some rare variant repaint is going to make me double dip. I think I'd rather just buy the MKV which is actually different than a BD or repaint.

i hope they fix the abbcrunch joint on war machine this time. and give us a battle damage like the mark 6.

Good point on the ab joint. I'd like to see them fix the guns for his forearms that are a pain to attach. I remember people just giving up and using glue to hold them in place.

Same here, i bought it months ago when HT started up the remake badwagon knowing it could be an old version, and you know what... It still is one of my best figures.

Very true, i have four Iron Man figures, less than my five terminator figures.

The reason i fret over these is i now want figures from other licenses, but with Iron Man being the cash cow, those figures aren't getting made and probably wont

I'm sure they can't understand half of them because I sure can't.

Part of me wants them to simply put out the exact same War Machine with the Milk Magazine logo decals on it just to watch the internet implode on itself.
