This item, any of the marks would work as long as you have a Tony head to go on it. Other then the Mark5/7 it has to go on somehow. Can you seen them putting on WM?

I also wonder how Tony got the MKV into the hall of armour. Can the MKV Self Assemble?

The Ten Rings had it.
Obediah took the parts(Okay, get this stuff crated and let's wrap it up here) and used it as reference to build the Iron Monger suit.
It was in the lab when Pepper and Coulson went in. The Agent said: "We found it", motioning to the MKI pieces. And then Pepper said: "I thought it would have been bigger..."
Tony just took it home afterwards i expect and started the hall of armour with that, the MKII and the MKIII.

Hard to say; I'd be surprised if SSC didn't have it back in stock eventually, but you never know. Given the price, Hot Toys may have manufactured the Gantry + Mark IV set close to order, and Sideshow may not have many left over after their retail accounts receive their allotment. I ordered mine through CSC, and would highly recommend them or Alter Ego (of course, being in-state, you'd have to pay taxes if ordered from AE).

*edited to note: Alter Ego only has the Gantry available, not the set with the Mark IV, so if you need/want the figure, I'd go with CSC.

If you want it, just get it from CSC or someone else who still has it in stock.

I finally saw this bad boy a few days ago, and it was really cool. If I didn't have so many other things on PO I would pick it up. As it stands it the first IM thing I'm passing on since I started.

You won't be disappointed. Do handle with care, however, as this piece has many small, moving parts. I recommend following the manual because it shows you where all the joints are.
