I doubt they would build a one off prototype for a show and not sell it.

Shotgun is supposed to ship in June-August time frame.

I'm sure this will be available for preorder toward the end of the first quarter

Loki? :gah:

It's Iron Man, even the suggestion that it might not get made is crazy. Hot Toys making more IM figures is one of the certain things in life, like death and taxes.

lol... HT Never made the 1969 Batmobile & Cain From Robocop . I know there was a prototype made for the batmobile not sure about Cain.

And the 1966 car has not been canceled. The overall point is this prototype was shown at one Convention...there hasn't been another one yet. And it was just two months ago.

1%

That's how man prototypes hot toys has shown that have never made it to market. Around 500 total shown and only a couple (that they have shown and have the right to make..prof X and MJ smooth don't count as they don't have the rights to those) have never been released.

It's great that you can list one or two that didn't make it. I can list 450plus that did. Which scenario seems more likely? That it falls into the 1% or the 99%? And after 2months. Silly discusion based on absolutely no facts.

Plastic enemies had a pic of sneaky up on Facebook today, maybe he isn't far away after all.

Continuing to expand the Hot Toys “House Party Protocol”, we are delighted to officially present the 1/6th scale collectible figure of one of the uniquely designed Iron Man suits from Marvel's Iron Man 3 – Sneaky (Mark XV)!

This armor earns its name “Sneaky” for its cloaking system that can allow it to enter stealth mode and camouflage itself within its surrounding.

The collectible figure stands features the meticulously crafted armor that captures the suit’s unique and original design, specially applied bluish-black and silver painting on armor with decals and weathering effects throughout whole body, LED light-up functions on eyes, arc reactor, repulsors, and left forearm, and a dynamic figure stand perfect for aerial poses.

It is time to add another new member of the “House Party Protocol” to your Iron Man collection today!

looks awesome!

my only criticisms would be.. i dislike the legs below the knees.. i'm not a fan of how deep they are. also, i wish on his collar bone area, or rib area, that he had intakes that resembled the F-22 or F-35. those criticisms are based on the design of the armor, not the figure.

i'll probably end up picking this guy up. i love the stealth look and the paint job.

Just ugly from so many angles...less is more with pics on this one. The hips, calves, shoulders all look wonky. I like the head but easy pass on this one. Hammerhead is the only one I will still cough up for.

I really like this because i have always been a fan of stealth aircraft and it's different than the other 752 IM i already have. It will look great with Shotgun. Not a day 1 PO but will pick it up.

Looks like he's wearing some heavily starched Dickies. Figure looks cool from a distance but yeah I'd agree the angles aren't my cup of tea. Not mad at another HPP armor being released though should be pretty epic to see them all together when it's all said and done.

the prototype looks better than the one shown at the toy soul.
but still not good enough for me. i would rather spend my money
on civil war's MMS mark 46, black panther, black widow .. ha ha!

I liked the Toy Soul pics more than the Hot Toys pics. The colors look very different to me. In the Toy Soul pics the metal pieces look gold, but in the new pics it looks silver. The new pics also seem shinier.. Which pictures will be closer to the production version? I hope it looks like the Toy Soul version in hand. Guess I'm waiting until I know more. I really do like the realistic stealth look from the Toy Soul pics more. F-35 paint is not shiny or glossy.

I'll just buy this off someone selling at a discount in a year.
