I’ve had it with Sideshow’s Customer Service. Initially I purchased a second one for a second base and backdrop. When I received the second one wouldn’t you know the backdrop had a few small scratches on it. So I contacted SS sent them pictures and waited for them to send me a replacement. After waiting 2 weeks I received the replacement and it was in worse shape than the original one. As far as the armor goes I never contacted them regarding it because after 3 figures I thought that this was just how the figure was. And it’s a slight difference, so to be honest they probably wouldn’t do much about it. I mean they couldn’t even get the backdrop replacement right and that was obvious. My last figure I purchased from BBTS and that was a great experience. And I preordered Palpatine and Royal Guard from Timewalker. I used to buy exclusively from SS because of the customer service, but lately I have been very disappointed with them.
