I finally got this figure. Well, three of them actually. I made the mistake of selling off an extra MIB regular ANH Stormtrooper and ST Luke while pregnant.

I want a matching pair to flank Vader, plus Han and Luke.

That said, I have always been annoyed by how my display MMS267 is noticeably short compared to other Imperials. Using two Hans as regular Stormtrooper solves that issue of height from what I read here.

I still need to get the Luke ST though. I have the ANH Luke SE with the Stormtrooper belt. Is the HT Luke ST just the new head on an MMS 267 plus the alternative belt?

ST and ANH Luke heads are the same sculpt, essentially.

The ANH Luke Ex ST belt is different from the ST Luke belt in that the grappling hook extends out much further than the ANH ST belt.

There’s a slight difference in the troopers armor too. Midsection and chest piece sit differently.

Cool. If anybody (for whom it doesn't matter) is willing to swap out the ST Luke grappling hook attachment (not the whole belt) for the ANH Luke Grappling hook attachment, please PM me. They are the same only the Luke ST one is more functional.

Good idea with the Han figures to flank Vader. I think the extra height works better. I assume you mean the short Stormtrooper from the two pack for the Luke figure. It’s basically the same figure but the chest armor on the Luke figure is actually slightly different and doesn’t cover as much of the ab armor. Looks a bit better. Also has the neck detailing like your Han figures.

I got onto the live chat last night and they said 'we'll reply within next 24hrs by e-mail'
True enough they mailed last night requesting more photos and details of the weapon which I forgot to mention was separated at the bolt hinge on the shoulder stock. Also some photos of the two boots which has one glossy bright white and the other a matte grey (in comparison). Trying to get the right camera light to show it is a bit difficult but I'll keep on with it and update as I get more.

Heard back from Sideshow, offering $35 off my next purchase if I can live with the defects (broken hinge on weapon stock, 2 slightly different coloured feet, 2 different coloured chest armour grips) or they send me a body and weapon replacement and I smash the ones I have within 5 days (not sure how this is enforced, or the benefit in me having 2 bodies as I guess I'd need to buy feet and head...)

I would definitely take the replacement body & weapon over $35 off.
That’s like £25! They offered me $20 off for a faulty stormtrooper helmet, going for the replacement was a no brainer.

Ugh, I hate that. I inspected at opening and everything looked fine, but then things are brought up in the threads and I start wondering if there were things I overlooked. And I keep meaning to get round to taking the batteries out of Luke, Vader etc but still haven't

The only issue Iv had is one of my stormtrooper helmets had bad paint application
I got in touch with sideshow and they were great about it.
Had to smash the original helmet and send pics but they sent a perfect replacement version within a wk-to the U.K.

Not had any other issues with any of the others.

Nope thats the faulty head-note the eye with the bad paint app.
It also has the more common ridge on the top of the head but almost all of these have it now unlike the first batch

Requested my replacement body and weapon. Anyone else had to smash one of these bodies?
