Maybe that's why she didn't put up much of a fight at Starkiller base and was well aware Finn is not capable of killing in cold blood?

I finally watched the movie last night and was really let down by Phasma as a character, but her armor does look the best next to the black storm trooper armor... maybe a buy for down the line?

Not sure why everyone keeps asking why she didn't put up a fight. Her thinking was that no matter what, the Resistance didn't stand a chance, shields or no shields.

Phasma is a true First Order soldier. I doubt she's worked her entire life to move up the ranks to work on some sort of double cross. That kind of plan could take decades. Not sure how her character will develop over the course of the next 2 sequels but I'm sure she's going to have a lot more screen time and chances to impress the fans.

I preordered her day one, based purely on how cool she looks. I had no idea how her role would be played but I knew that she would look awesome in a detolf, flanked by her soldiers. So shiny, so chrome, she is awaited.

I'm predicting (or hoping) she and Finn have a couple skirmishes over the next 2 films, with her beating him the first time, possibly even coming close to killing him. Then on their next encounter, Finn takes her out.

If we don't see her again it truly would be a waste of a potentially cool character.

We'll see her in Episode 8. Kathy Kennedy has confirmed as much.

Why??? Ever think some people buy a figure because they like it and don't care about screen time? Just as you make those awesome custom figures that had little to no screen time and display them, people will do the same with this and display it. Because they like it
