Man, Luke is going for crazy money, I got mine a couple of years ago, traded my DX02 for a brand new sealed when he first came out,one if the best trades I've made!

The most I've ever paid was about $500 for the DX07 Bespin Luke, and that was essentially for a two figure set with a myriad of accessories and display options. I can't imagine paying anything more than that myself for anything 1/6 related, let alone if it was just one figure!

Khev, I think you just nailed it on the head as to why it's best to wait for the discount code before ordering anything.

The days of pre-orders selling out are long, long past.

If you start adding up the $20 dollars saved for each order, it makes quite a large amount of savings.

I will say that I am guilty of not waiting for a DC when ordering some past figures... ("Jakku" Storm Trooper and exclusive C3PO...) That's $40 bucks extra that I paid right there!

I think pre-orders don't really sell out any more because they have started making a lot more of them, since collecting these seems to be getting more and more popular.

Nothing ever really sells out but the fear that it might, especially if it's something you really, really want, is what gets us to PO early.

I know I'll be getting Rey, eventually, but I have yet to decide on BB-8.
