I am really looking forward to this guy. He can be stunning if HT can nail the paint job and get the metallic look where it's needed. I'm in for 2 if he's got the goods.

One of the best indicators of how massive these things are is the scene where Cap jumps on a car and directs the cops about what to do.
There is one which is standing at the same height as Captain America and Cap is standing on the trunk of a car...
Another scene is where Hulk and Thor are on the back of one of the big creatures and Chitauri are scrambling over Hulk. They are not quite as big as Hulk. But they are close to it. Which means they tower over Thor.

That solid model looks a bit too big,
but i recall someone saying that the sculpted model is really bigger than the intended size
so that the resulting mould would have the correct size

Coulson rules... he is in my top 3 most wanted Avengers figures.

Man, hot toys have you fella's by the balls right now. I know it's cool to have these guys because of the movie and all that but really these have not only nothing to do with the comic books but are fairly recent also.
Good figure I guess if your only interested in the Avengers movie.

And that's exactly what I'm interested in. Never read any of the comics... all my knowledge of these characters comes from cartoons and movies. To see the Avengers on the big screen after all the great Pre-Avenger movies was so incredibly awesome, I just had to have all these figures.
So I commited myself to this Avengers line, got all the figures so far on PO, definitely gonna get Coulson and I'll likely get this Chitauri as well!
