Use real lights.

Maybe make a nice little light-box, 5x15 or something. Get a cheap metal plate or a thin piece of wood for the box. Then punch out each individual hole (not complicated the T in "Tech-Noir" has what, 10 dots) and set the light behind it. Viola, actual "Tech Noir" lights.

Hell, something less complicated could be a framed wood pegboard with a simple light structure behind it. It could behind a detolf on the wall or on other shelving. Just plug it into an outlet by the shelves.

Got this guys a couple of days and I finally opened him up. Fantastic figure. I love the T2 figure, but this version is the one that is the Terminator for me being a kid of the 80's.

If anyone who bought multiples of him would be interested in selling just the scalpel for a reasonable price, shoot me a PM. I saw one on TA but when I got home to buy it, it was gone. eBay has a few medical sets, but I don't need all the pieces.

That's a helluva Terminator collection, looks fantastic. The T-1000 in his moto-cop disguise always catches my eye even when he is hiding way in the back. :)

C'mon man you KNOW you want this gem!

Jeez Geil, how old are you then?

Well that battle was lost a long time ago as I picked up one already but resisting all these Tech-Noir teasers :(
As for how old I am hmm 41...... :D The constant talk about T1 in T2 thread got me to finally watch T1 last year and pick up this figure when neither of them were even on my radar after enjoying T2 for many years ;)

got mine 2day, but äh? something went wrong?

I dont know what, do you find the mistake?

Some fantastic photos on here the last few days guys, thanks for sharing :)
Really glad I got this figure :yess:
I'm hoping now for Hot Toys to release Reese, that would indeed be awesome,
First time I ever watched The Terminator was in about '87 when I hired the VHS from my local video shop,I was 16 then and to be honest that film set me on a life long love of the films,
39 now and personally I feel the film still stands up there among the greats of Sci-Fi :clap:clap:clap

Kindest regards
Tys

This movie was a big part of my childhood. My parents got a copy on VHS around 1988 or so and my brother and I would just watch it over and over again. I remember the day in 1991 when we first saw a commercial for T2 and absolutely freaked out. To this day, my brother and I will quote both of these movies spontaneously in any conversation. So this figure is a real treat for me - I almost can't believe they really made it.

Since I have couple of BD T1 heads, I was wondering if anybody is willing to try and truly make it BD police-shoot out. Something like this:

Today I will start work on the desk lamp and other objects.
I know its very crude and wobbly-looking LOL but its just a prototype and is my 1st time doing something like this.
When I make it out of wood, it will look completely level.

Awesome pics, Ski! :rock

Smokin! :rock

No word of lie, I learned the phrase "Mother____er" from this film and used it at school alot. I even tried dressing up as the T-800 too. I found a similar pair of boots under the stairs and had a close pair of cargo (or just khaki) pants. Good times! Its hard to believe that even as a child you could root for the bad guy and look up to him.
