I noticed on mine a few days after I opened it, the zipper on mine was missing. It drove me crazy, I hate when something on my figures is missing or broke. So I emailed Alter Ego about it and they said Sideshow was sending me a new jacket 
. I can't say enough good things about AEs customer service. Their always very helpful and respond quickly.

But that sucks that the zippers are missing on some peoples jackets.
I wouldve been REALLY pissed!
I bought 2 of these figures and both of them had a stud missing.
Luckily I found one of them. For the other missing stud, I made one out of a coke can LOL...does the job!

Yeah I knew about the stud problem, mine wasn't missing any. My T2 is missing a stud on the front of his jacket, bugs me every time I look at him. My luck, when I receive the new jacket it'll be missing a stud or something lol

Mine was fine too. The studs were a liiiiiiittle bit unevenly spaced out, but there definitely aren't any large-enough gaps to indicate a missing stud.

Just the zipper part that moves up and down. No sry don't have a camera with me at the moment but I barely noticed it at first but after a while It started to bug the hell out of me so I emailed them about it. I don't know if it fell off when i took it out of the box or if it was never there. I looked all around for it but as you could imagine, such a small thing is almost impossible to find. Hope yall's are still attached. Still a badass figure.

Same thing happened with mine. I took him out was like hell yeah this is great and thats when I noticed the jacket was missing a button and the zipper. I bought mine off eBay so after buying a new jacket it came out to normal retail price.

On my other T-800, a stud was missing on the elbow patch, but luckily I found that in the box and super-glued it back on.

Damn man, I'm going to look at mine again for missing button, zippers and studs.
It's an impressive looking coat, but HT really needs to step it up and start using a stronger glue. It's bad enough on clothes with just a few buttons, but this coatms got a lot of things that could fall off.

Heres my contribution . I don't have a good Camera for photos so i did a video review . My video editor was messing up so trhe music is a little loud but it changes aroung 3 minutes .
