yeah, and I noticed that underneath the spidey costume, theres another black suit. Not sure what its for, but its not restricting poses for spidey in anyway.

First of all - BRILLIANT PHOTOS EVERYONE!!! 
I don't know if any of you folks get the same vibe, but the HT figure really emphasizes for me, what I always kinda thought about the Tobey suit. It harkens back to the John Romita Spidey of the 70s in a lot of ways - which is beautiful!! The somewhat similar placement of the eyes, the sparse webbing - & even the bulky physique of the figure, it all reminds me of Romita's art.
So yeah, this new HT figure is very nice. .
Spidey has always been my favourite character - period. At the moment - while no high end collectible certainly, my best piece is the superb S2 18" Toybiz insanely poseable Spidey.. & it's one of those rare mass produced toys that are an exception to the rule when it comes to mind blowing low end retail items. Obviously the HT figure trumps it in many ways, but personally - I'm cool to use it as my main movie Spidey figure. I guess one great thing about it too, is that it will outlast the HT figure because it's one heck of a solid toy - & there's no fabric suit that will deteriorate over time.
All that said though, I'm really looking forward to HT releasing the symbiote version of the Tobey suit - THAT WILL ROCK. To date, I've still got NOTHING as far as a great representation of Spider-man in the black suit. Hasbro's figures were garbage, a lot of the comic style Toybiz stuff really didn't impress me, the DST figures were lack luster IMO, & I didn't like the Medicom figures either. On top of that - I don't collect statues etc, so the Koto & SSC stuff was out for me as well. In light of these things, I'm gagging for a nice symbiote Spidey figure!!
As you guys would be aware, this new HT Spidey license has been advertised as 'S3'.. so not only could we assume that the symbiote figure is a given, but also that it can't be far away either, & I'm certainly not going to miss out on that one!!

The new TT bodies seem to be made of a more durable plastic, hopefully this won't be an issue.
