That’s not flaking. It’s either fade or bleed. Only way to fix it is to dye(or paint) the fabric.

Have no idea bought this to someone. he said mib. I check in a brief sec. But when I posing it I saw this and put it in box again.

Yup. That’s definitely fading. Could’ve been a reaction from the glue they use to tack the blue fabric around the knee joint but most likely it’s from sunlight. That is a difficult fix.

It’s hard to know for sure but usually it’s a climate thing. Either sunlight or humidity/heat causing a reacting with either the body or glue or the dye itself.

Will it suddenly show with toby hs? Or do I need to provide it?

The head sculpt comes from Black Suit Spiderman. You could just put the Toby head on the Homecoming Spiderman so you don't have cut the mask off the SM3 figure

Just some CA glue or a good Loctite super glue. I’ll PM you the how to.

Yes. I believe that is the rubber grommet that goes inside the bottom of the neck. It should pop right off with a set of grips. Tweezers, pliers, etc.
