I hear ya.
The fact that there's no battle cry head sculpt is disappointing to me.
As it is now, the expression doesn't match dynamic poses that depict aggression.

What bugs me even more than that is, this Hot Toys Thor is nearly the same height as the Hot Toys Iron Man.
That's a big no-no coming from an Avengers fan.

When I think of Thor from the film he is either very happy, always with a huge grin or he is very angry & fighting. The fact that HT chose the expressionless face is perplexing

I wasn't aware of his size in contrast to the other Avengers in the comics, got a pic for reference?

I have a pose which I think will work with the expression. Kinda get used to working those bland expressions from HT. My gripes about the figure 1) height 2) hair color 3) I don't have it in hand

well i got him bright and early this morning ,the figure is great but the box is trashed ,looks like its been stood on or kicked ,right through outer box, bubblewrap and the front of the hot toys box , im gutted i paid $60 for EMS because i coudnt wait to get thor and partly because i figure the less time in the postal sytem things spend the less can go wrong ,just got off the phone to parcel force and they say i cant claim ,its down to the sender to claim ,the damage didnt show when my wife took it off the parcelforce guy ,as the shipping box was wraped in a strong wrapping paper and a parcelforce 24 sticker applyed at the Stoke depot to conceled the damage or she would have raised the question with the driver at the point of delivery ,im stuck as i buy these figures becaue i love them ,but when money gets short i have to sell them on ,but the resale value of thor is significantly reduced due to the state of the box ,any one been in the same boat ,any ideas guys cheers chris

Get onto the guy you brought it from so you can get a refund via the postal service and not him.

Someone who doesn't plan on selling their's may sell you their box. Couldn't hurt to ask.
